these kids, they lost their graces.
so the birthday weekend has come and gone for another year. i’m 23 now. ugh. growing up is overrated.
so friday was the actual birthday and the party day. a bunch of people came over. lim9 came to visit! i got licked. it was good times. and i got donkey slippers. how cool is that?! cones was naked in katy’s bed. that’s enough to make you vomit. he got kicked out so i could sleep there. tyler was passed out in my bed. someone stole my strongbow that ron gave me. i’m still pissed about that. overall a fun evening though.
saturday tyler and i went out in the morning for a bit. had to nurse my hangover. dinner with dad was saturday nite at montana’s. oh how i love montana’s.
sunday i nursed the hangover some more. then it was family dinner at pepperwood’s. one of the main reasons i wanted to go there was because they had creme brulee on the menu. so we all order dessert, us dirty smokers went outside. the (cute) waiter comes out and says they don’t have any left. i threw a hissy fit but that’s what i do. so i said i’d have the raspberry tartufo. we get back to the table only for him to tell me they don’t have any left. i said, hey, why don’t you tell me what you do have. i ended up with some cappucino/latte tartufo. was good, but not as good as a nice creme brulee would have been.
monday night, katy and i go to the shilling and stout for a pint. “oh sorry, we’re out of strongbow.” COME ON NOW! one more person tells me they’re out of what it is that i want, i might just cry.
coopy’s in town for the evening. plan on seeing him tonite for a bit. he moves back soon. i can’t wait. he’ll be just up the street from my office!
had a nice evening with holly p. last nite. went to second cup and then for a walk around spencer smith. we ranted for a good half hour about weddings. we came to the conclusion that holly is going to get married in her bare feet on the beach at her cottage. i, however, am going to have a huge wedding. that is, when i can find some poor sucker to marry me!
anyways, back to work i go (hi-ho, hi-ho).
