Happy Birthday To Meeeeeeeeeeee!

It’s the big milf’s birthday!

sometimes i simply adore being a big geek! wordpress is pretty nifty, i must admit. it’s simple to use yet allows you to do so much stuff. it allows even the most technologically retarded people begin to understand the world of blogging and editing pages. neato. it’s so addictive though. it’s like when we first started pf. i completely stopped going to class because i was so addicted to messing around with my new-fangled blog. man, i’m such a geek. but i’m okay with it.

haven’t done much of anything this weekend. finally having the internet in the house is wonderful. went to oshawa friday nite with amanda to see jenny. that was good times. particularly the waiter/bartender guy and my dancing on the corner in front of cops. good times were had. jenny is a chuckle and a half. i miss having her around all the time. she’s my ultimate dance partner. i miss getting to a bar where no one is on the dancefloor yet, so jen and i would bust out there and get the party started. good times.

hung out at mcvittie’s last nite with brento and marconi. that was entertaining. those guys are all just so laid back and funny. i was one of the first to listen to the new sydney album. it sounded really good. i’m glad those guys seem to have finally made a solid band. they deserve it after all the other bands they have formed that just fell apart. their album will be available at hmv which is awesome for them.

if you haven’t seen wedding crashers, go see it. it’s hilarious. i don’t know what made me think of that, but go see it anyways. dammit, i want to watch it now….

so simmy and i are going to see jenny tonite in oshawa. i can’t wait! i haven’t seen her in sooo long. not looking forward to the drive, but it’s worth it to see her. now if only she’d let me know how to get there….

so we finally got our phone line hooked up at the house this morning. so for those of you who call me, it’s the same number i had when i lived in kilbride. i tried to hook up the internet this morning as soon as the line was connected, but they haven’t activated the sympatico service yet. it better be hooked up for tonite! not only because i’m a geek but because the nerd on site guy is coming tomorrow morning (930! damn you mom!) to set up our wireless internet. now all i need is a laptop so i can geek it in the basement in front of the television smoking a cigarette lounging on the couch. lol what a life. it’s actually so that we don’t have to try and wire it all up to katy’s computer as well. wireless just makes it simpler.

so i’m loving my new layout. *thanks hols!* now i just need to sit down and learn how to do it myself. i know i’m a big geek, but i’m so excited that we have wordpress now. it will allow me to do all the things i always wanted to do to my page - i’ve already got the calendar i always wanted and hols set me up with this awesome quote generator. ok enough being a nerd.

i suppose i should actually get back to work seeing as i came in late because of the bell guy and i still have yet to do any actual work.
